Set consisting of four mouth-blown glasses made of alexandrite glass, designed by Sergio Asti for Arnolfo di Cambio, Italy, 1970s.
The glass, which is called Alexandrite or Pink Luxodine, acquires the ability to refract light differently depending on the color (sun/clouds/daylight/artificial light) and viewing angle through the addition of rare earth elements, resulting in shades ranging from light blue and light green to pink and purple.
The glasses are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear in the form of barely visible scratches.
