RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Returns are costly, both financially and ecologically. Processing them takes unnecessary time and resources. We are used to returns being free, but at the expense of our planet. mercatino900 stands for sustainable consumption, which is why we charge a fee of €5 for each return, if we provide a return label.

If the shipping costs for the return are significantly higher due to the size of the item, these must be payed by the buyer.
