SHIPMENT

For reasons of environmental protection and sustainability, as well as costs, we largely use used packaging material, from our own stock and from the neighborhood.

Fragile goods are packaged very securely and marked accordingly. If your package looks damaged when you receive it, please take a photo and, if the item is damaged, contact us as the deliverer can then be held liable for the damage.

Our goods are in stock unless otherwise stated in the description. We ship within 2 working days of receipt of payment at the latest.
