Solid candlestick made of hand-forged iron and brass, GDR, 1960s. The base is made of heavy iron, which has been hammered on the sides. The golden drip tray is made of solid brass and is screwed to the base, so it can be easily removed for cleaning. The candlesticks were made in the GDR in various sizes, they were mainly used in churches. The candlestick has been cleaned and polished.
