Space-Age pendant lamp by Tamás Borsfay, designed and manufactured in Hungary in the 1970s. The shade consists of several chrome rings stacked on top of each other, forming a characteristic UFO-like silhouette.
The construction creates a soft, indirect light between the rings. The high-gloss chrome surface emphasizes the clear, geometric form.
This example shows the wider ring profiles and precise execution typical of early production versions of this model.
Excellent vintage condition. Chrome surface very well preserved. Original canopy present.
