Large ashtray from the 1970s, handmade in Italy, made of faceted overlay crystal glass. Manufacturer unknown, but strongly reminiscent of the designs of Alessandro Mandruzzato. Heavy, high quality with thick, faceted walls, made using the Sommerso technique. Core made of red glass, dipped in transparent glass.
A breathtaking piece that magically catches and reflects all light. Beautiful vintage condition with minor signs of wear and a few small flea bites, as well as a mini chip (max 2mm) on the underside, which are not noticeable in the overall picture. No cracks.
